Regional centers of insurance fund of the documentation

Industrial activity on manufacturing of documents of insurance fund in the state system of IFD is carried out by the regional centers of insurance fund of the documentation which are created according to the Decree of the President of Ukraine from 22.10.92 №502/92 and to the decision of the Cabinet of Ukraine from 25.11.92 №654-08 in Donetsk, Dnepropetrovsk, Kiev, Lvov, Odessa, Simferopol, Kharkov, Cherkasy.

Regional centers IFD are budgetary establishments and operate on the basis of positions according to which such problems are assigned to them:
1) realization within the limits of the powers in the fixed region of problems and the functions connected with formation, conducting and use of insurance fund of the documentation for maintenance of production of defensive, mobilization and economic appointment, restoration of objects of life-support systems of the population and transport communications, carrying out rescue and under abnormal condition-recovery work during liquidation of emergency situations, carrying out of restoration works on objects of a cultural heritage, in case of a loss of originals of documents, etc.; 
2) manufacturing of documents of insurance fund of the documentation and their transfer on bases of storage of insurance fund of the documentation of Ukraine.
Regional centers IFD are provided by industrial premises and the basic process equipment for manufacturing of documents of insurance fund on a full cycle of technological process.
